Shipping policy

All orders are designed, printed, and packed by hand in our Black Diamond, WA studio.

Processing time
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders $40 and over within the United States. Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather.

Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@pinandpress.co with a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll take care of it.
